I was looking for a free fitness routine to get fit for an upcoming trip to the alps (ski touring whoo-hoo!) and I came across a fabulous Youtube video from the guys over at bumpsforboomers.com
The above playlist shows the videos in order. If you want to start at the beginning you'll get tips on warming up etc and the last video is a ski fitness Q&A. You can also go to the entire workout playlist so that you can jump back and forth among the videos.
